Connecticut Statute Promoting Continuous Enrollment and Credit Transfer

Connecticut ensures that when youth go into juvenile detention, their home school districts must still maintain continuous enrollment so that they can more seamlessly transition back to school upon discharge from the facility. In addition, before discharge, there must be a full assessment of their academic credits earned, which the next school district must accept.
