Part I of this two-part educational module seeks to improve educational instruction for youth with disabilities in juvenile correctional facilities. Created by the Iris Center, Vanderbilt, and Claremont, the module identifies challenges encountered by teachers, discusses strategies to address these challenges, and provides recommendations for working with students with disabilities.
